How to Design
a Diabetic Menu

Designing a diabetic menu that satisfies your hunger for great tasting food AND helps you gain optimal blood sugar control is not as hard as you think.

We developed a template for designing your daily menu that meets the dietary recommendations established by the American Diabetes Association.

You don't have to worry about whether or not your diabetic diet will work. The template takes care of it for you.

Diabetic Menu

Daily diabetic meals should follow four cooking rules and provide about 20% calorie from complex carbohydrates, 60% from lean protein and 20% from essential fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats).

You don't have to compromise on taste, just make sure you follow the template...it does all the work for you!

It's specifically designed to optimize blood sugar control by helping you incorporate highly effective nutritional strategies into your personalized daily menu.

Diabetic Menu Sample

Designing a menu that fills you up, satisfies your hunger for great tasting food, and optimizes blood sugar levels is not as hard as you think...if you follow our templates.

Here's an example of a standard menu that traditional doctors give to their patients. Do you know what's missing?

Diabetic Menu Table

Menu plans like this one often fail because they are missing something very important for diabetics...supplements!

This standard approach to diet and menu plans doesn't help diabetics control their disease at all.

Our experts have designed sample diabetic menus that actually work and protect diabetics against the damaging effects caused from high blood sugar.

Centered around strict dietary guidelines, our sample menus target the cause of diabetes with nutrient-rich foods and powerful supplements.

The menu samples are available for you to read at no cost. What's better than free information written by expert medical doctors and nutritionists?
